How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange, provided it is at least half full.
Are FRÉ products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all our formulas are dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic, and specifically designed to be gentle on sensitive skin while remaining effective.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not. FRÉ is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
